Re: Worst war movies you have seen.

He only stood about 4 foot 12..... In the westerns they had him riding around on a Shetland pony to make him look like a big guy...

You are just a mixed up little critter, you are thinking of Allan Ladd.
They used to dig a trench for his leading ladies to walk in so he wouldn't look so small.

Re: Worst war movies you have seen.

Yes, and they did that for The Duchess as well....also they had him wear very very tall hats.......twenty gallon jobbies they were.

Aircrafty, I must have been out getting popcorn or Ju-ju-bes or Junior mints or an ice cream sandwich or Coke when that Frofro fella showed up.....He was an American guy, was he? Very odd name for a Yank, probably an imposter..

Wow! That movie was so bad I completely forgot about it. Obviously I was blocking a traumatic experience.

I liked Red Dawn actually. Reign of the Gargoyoles sucked for sure. Only thing I liked about that movie was the He-111.

Re: Worst war movies you have seen.

While I have been catching up on the posts here the film Thin Red Line has been playing on the TV, Tank nut you are correct, what a dreadful movie.
I dont know what the director was trying to say with this film but it certainly failed in all aspects.

God Bless America.
