Re: Worst war movies you have seen.

Did you know that both Mr. Rogers and Captain Kangaroo were a couple of genuine bad-a** MFers? Rogers has at least a half dozen hand-to-hand kills to his credit and so many tats that he had to wear that sweater to cover 'em up....

Captain Kangaroo was Lee Marvin's platoon sergeant during the Iwo Jima Landings...

I think both the Cap'n and Mr. R's war stories are urban legends. Lee Marvin did get the PH after being stabbed in the butt at Saipan, IIRC.....

I thought Lee was shot in the back? Maybe it was the butt, who knows? I do know the war bugged him more than he let on.

Re: Worst war movies you have seen.

I love the avatar, Elmer...Who is that guy anyway?...He looks like an all-American hero.....Someone should play him in a movie...

Now you're talkin' like a red blooded American!

Tom Cruise, perhaps?...

Would this be the same guy that starred in Born on the 4th of July? Oh... and that awful movie that even a Tomcat couldn't make him look good in? Ya' tryin' to get my goat again?

Tom Cruise is not a red-blooded American- he is a pink-blooded Alien, like his master MoRon Hubbard (or was it L. Fraud Hubbard?)...

Re: Worst war movies you have seen.

That is really sick , why do kids feel the need to try all this crap, when I was young the world was an exciting place with so much to do and explore.
Why on earth would I need drugs, life was drug enough for me.

So much beer to drink and so many women to ......get to know, plus all those sports and hobbies.
Guess I will never figure it out.

God Bless America.

Re: Worst war movies you have seen.

He He , I love the thought of a commie Skunky.
We could have a lot of fun with that one. Maybe if we paint a red stripe down his back that would be a start.

Leader of the peoples republic of Maine? Nah I dont think so.

I prefer to think of him as an Anarchist! I know for a fact that he is a great fan of the Duke, he's just in denial thats all.

God Bless America.
