| Re: Not a good thing to come into work to I had a similar experience, but any damage was offset a bit - a young, very attractive lady works down the hall. She had brought her two young boys to work. All of a sudden one of them comes running down the hall, into our complex, then into my office wit Momma in hot pursuit. She was not quick enough however and he grabbed a Dragon F-18 off the desk. Of course fiddly bits went flying everywhere until Mom yanked it out of his hands and apologized profusely. Her chasing him around eased the pain a bit! | |||||||||||||

| Re: Not a good thing to come into work to We all share the pain, Tyler! Some micro-gluing with Superglue may be in order, if you have all the parts. They may never look 100% pristine again, but if you have clean breaks, you can do wonders. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Not a good thing to come into work to I know the feeling of finding broken models at work..... I had a FM Enterprise D on display on top of a cabinet--no reason for anyone to go up there. Then one day, it's leaning. I investigate and find no damage to the model, but the stand is broken. So, I can no longer display it because it is so darn heavy in front that nothing I try will keep it in balance. The lesson I learned is not to display stuff where I can't keep an eye on it 24/7. | Re: Not a good thing to come into work to Well the silver lining in this for me is since I can't exactly find a Delaware Air Guard C-97 and the original price tag is still on it of $59.99 and I don't even know where to find a spec cast F-86 I'm getting a Century Wings F-14 and a FM MiG-17 for my troubles. ![]() | |||||||||||||
