Re: Jetlag! any quick cures?

Welcome back, Jim! Hope you had fun on your vacation.
A lot of sleep, followed by stronger than usual coffee when I wake up works for me.

Re: Jetlag! any quick cures?

If it was a weekend I might suggest a Hops&Barley type beverage, but since it is a weekday prior suggestion is probably better.

Welcome back, Jim! I understand you were able to get together with Skunky. Were you able to talk any sense into him regarding returning to MH II? He did post yesterday....but so far I only see the one post.

Look forward to hearing from you once the jetlag has worn off. Hope your whole vacation was great!

Re: Jetlag! any quick cures?

This is probably a bit late for you as your already back but, I find the best way is to try and get a couple of hours kip on the plane (as hard as that may be) and to stay up a late as possible at the destination.

Going to bed early is fatal as you will be up at 3am with no hope of going to sleep, and that will throw the next day out completely. If you go to bed late (if you can) you have a fighting chance of making it though the next day and going to bed at a reasonable time.

My mum just flew out from the UK yesterday and was up till 11pm last night - she slept right though till 7am this morning.

Ooops!
