Re: Hey would anyone like to see pics of real muscle cars LOL

Life's gotta be good for the ole' Viper driver, eh!

Can't complain... Tomorrow I'm driving the Vette to Paris with my wife (that's were she was born), it's just over a 3 hour drive from here. Tough job, but somebody has to do it.

175 MPH, on the Autobahn, perfectly legally. I've done it a few times, but not often because usually traffic will prevent this from happening.

My buddy Hal at work has one of the new C6s (400HP versus my 350), and that will go 186 MPH.

These are great cars.

Oh i know the C6 is sweet ........Very nice ride at 175 mph for yours...
Yes it must be nice there no speed limits in some areas i heard..
Take care of that car on your trip to Paris.
Have Fun.

Re: Hey would anyone like to see pics of real muscle cars LOL

You'll need a more recent Ferrari model to beat the Vette.

I would love to have an F430, but a bit rich for my blood...

I'll also tell you that here in Europe, a Corvette attracts at least as much attention as Ferraris. They are not as common here as in the States. In fact, a lot of less-knowledgeable people think it's a Ferrari at first (maybe because mine is red).

Yeah, we made it there and back. That car does get a LOT of attention in France (more than in Germany). It's almost nerve-wracking at times (well, I've more or less gotten used to it by now).

I did see one Ferrari (an F355) in the Parisian streets, but more interestingly, a white Lamborghini Diablo. Now that one it very impressive to see in the flesh!

FVD

PS: I've see one new Corvette Z06 (black) on base at Ramstein. Now that one will go 198 MPH (on 512 HP)! Talk about muscle car... But since that's not enough (!), apparently GM is coming out with a 650 HP version for the 2009 model year.

Re: Hey would anyone like to see pics of real muscle cars LOL

I really like your cars mate!

Thanks man. The Charger we restored frame off. The Mustang I have only had for two years, but it was restored by a friend of mine.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.
