| P-47 Thunderbolt - Guncamera footage I thought this was neat. And in color, too. It's only 5 minutes. "The US Air Force recently declassified guncamera footage from Allied aircraft in the European Theater during World War II. The P-47 Thunderbolt went into action May 1941."

It has 45 minutes of gun camera footage and ranges from Europe to the Pacific. If memory serves correct, there is even some footage of a German Me 321 auguring in. | ||||||||||||||

This footage also makes me think of a family friend who flew Tbolts in the war and used to tell me he loved strafing trains.. I just wished he were around now to tell me more.. | ||||||||||||||
