Classic Armor 1:43 or 1:48?

I have seen some tanks on Ebay that are advertised as Classic Armor. They look like the 21st Century packaging but I have seen them shown as both 1:43 and 1:48. Does anyone know what they really are and what scale they actually are?

Funny you mention this because I believe I saw this type of model at Wal*Mart and I believe it's 1/43rd in scale and those sell under $10? But then again I could be mistaken.

That's my problem, I don't want 1:43 and the boxes for the supposed 1:43 and 1:48 look the same on Ebay. Sellers even give conflicting statements as to scale. One say 1:43 the other 1:48. Yikes !! Maybe should have stayed with 1:72.

The soft skinned vehicles such as jeeps in the Mikes tank's link look like revamped molds from the old Vitesse-Victory range and would be in 1/43 scale. However armor such as the Wilberwing pictured in on eBay are most likey 1/48-50 scale. Ask the seller for the actual length of the model.
