Searching for Chinese Air Force P-51

I stay up late--maybe too late. But I could have sworn I saw, in the past few days, a picture/model of a Mustang in Chinese AF markings.

Can someone help this Old Fart Senior?

I have searched--and searched.

Thanks.

Duxford

Thank you. This is it.

I will have to wait, until they come from China.

I'll keep searching--and will remain hopeful.

Good luck Dux, I've never seen any of these available here in the states...maybe the guys on the UK forum would know where you could find one?

Re: Searching for Chinese Air Force P-51

I was lucky enough to find a seller on eBay offering all 3 in one lot around the beginning of the year. I won the auction, but at a fairly hefty price of $49.01 for each plane. After receiving the planes I realized that one of the planes isn't what Dragon has listed as one of the original 3. The variation I received has red stripes across the top of the wings instead of blue and the tail number is different as well. All I can figure is that there may possibly be a fourth P-51 from the 2002 special edition set. Needless to say, I'm now hunting the "blue-striped" version... along with the "blue" and "yellow" tail variants of the ROCAF F-16s!

Good luck in finding the planes you're looking for duxford!
