Which WW2 plane (s) would you like to own?

Assuming you have money coming out your ears, which plane (s) would you like to own?
PTO : Hellcat and Corsair
ETO : P-47 Razorback and a P-51B/C with Malcom hood.

Re: Which WW2 plane (s) would you like to own?

I would like to own a PT-17, J-3 Cub, and if I really had the money a B-17. I do own a T-6.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

I used to work for Pratt & Whitney and consider myself a radial man. I'd go for a P-47 or an F4U (but I'd take a P-51 in a pinch).

Re: Which WW2 plane (s) would you like to own?

Many choices here, some of my favorites would be,

Spitfire I, the best flying of all Spits.
Hellcat.
FW-190A model.
Sky Captain's P-40B, like the sub option, very useful here on Maui.
A 2 Seat Me-262 painted up in Galland's livery.

Now if I really had the money. a postwar collection, consisting of an F-86, F-8 Crusader, F-4 Phantom, and F-14 Tomcat (In Iranian Markings)

But the one I've always wanted most is.....the F7F-3 Tigercat.
