Bud Anderson Signed Flight Photo.

Would this be worth purchasing? Let's hear your thoughts? Thanks.

Re: Bud Anderson Signed Flight Photo.

I would. I have his signature on a few things, but it is a cool pic, and signature.

Re: Bud Anderson Signed Flight Photo.

I've stopped buying signed photos on ebay after I got burnt a few times. There are quite a few scammers in that neighborhood of ebay. I've received several obvious glossy photo copies and ink-jet prints that were promoted as authentic.

Re: Bud Anderson Signed Flight Photo.

Well, since that looks like a P-51A - which he did not (to my best recollection) fly, the answer would be NO. Also, you can go to his actual website (cebudanderson.com) and get signed photos that you know are actual, so if it were me I'd defenitely pass on this one.

Re: Bud Anderson Signed Flight Photo.

Regarding Bud Anderson's website: it's handled by his son, who seems to be a real nice guy, based upon my experience with him on an Email basis. Signed pics are as little as $25, got his signed autobiography for $29.95. IF I remember correctly, there was no additional charge for shipping, though my memory may be faulty.

Re: Bud Anderson Signed Flight Photo.

THat is where the bulk of my Bud Anderson items came from. his son and him are just great guys. I interviews "Bud" a while back, and I bought a bokk and a few pics for him to sign. He signed my GMP P-51 Old Crow for nothing. He is a very cool guy. THe thing that will always stand out in my mind th emost abou tthat is when he got chocked up talking abou this ground crew.

Re: Bud Anderson Signed Flight Photo.

I have worked with Jim Anderson many times and he is a very nice fellow to deal with when it comes to getting things signed from his father Bud Anderson.
I still think of all the things i have.... I really like the one P-51 picture the most because it was the day i had met Mr.Anderson at a show and he signed the picture for me and after words we sat down and had coffee and talked about flying ....That a day i'll always remember.

He who hesitates is lost.

not only that, he's also miles from the next exit.

...but also don't forget 'Look before you leap', which fly apparently (wisely) did...
