Talking Re: New Additions to Your Collection

I got a notice from the post office to fetch a parcel on Wednesday but elected to hold off till the weekend. Figured I'm getting some other stuff in soon too. Yesterday I arrived home to 5 more notices!!!

Custom so and so's doing me in for $70 though. That's a Carousal 1 Fw 190 to me! Anyway the wife's out so my sister is making her way here to look after my boys while I head off to two post offices. I'll let you know what I find later. Hope I get this lot in before the wife gets back.

Re: New Additions to Your Collection

I ordered a JU-52 today, corgi's AA36904. Coming from a Dutch vendor it should be here before next weekend...! \o/
€91,95 incl. (no) shipping... Quite a deal imo.

Can we try with real bullets now?

Luckily we don't have to worry about duty and the like here. The problem i have just found is not being able to ship a 1:32 Mossie (HS-B) to Aus ex US.I have had to ship it to NZ and will hopefully bring it back after Wings over Wanaka in March next year. Not sure that I'll be able to stand the wait.

Geez, talk about a work around. I can't get the 1/32 Mossie here either. Too big. At least you can still get it. Good for you!

Whoaahhhh!!! Got in just under the radar! What a haul! Six packages that wouldn't fit into my boot! That left stuff in the boot, back seat and front seat! Good thing I got in before Mrs Van.

Well then, what's in the boxes then you ask? Starting with 1/72s, fighters first, 3 Dragons, 2 Bf109Gs and an Fw190D9. Bombers next, RCAF Wellington, B24 Sleepy Time Gal and B17 Bit 'O Lace. Then a 1/48 EI P51B, Shangri La, 1/32 Sea Hurricane and Grumpy Spitfire!

Re: New Additions to Your Collection

Added the new MTO B-24 (Mickey ship) and Fleet Air Arm Swordfish from the pooch to my hangar, both are excellent models (I know the B-24 may have some accuracy issues but that nose art is killer)... and a bunch of cheap dragon models from the 'bay which I'll probably get next week

Got a call a minute ago. Guy from the store will be near my home night and offered to drop Ju off... Well, okay!
Great service!!

Naw, I just went through a crazy patch where I just bought everything I wanted! Certain forum members were also happy to twist my rubber arm, they know who they are! I don't regret it at all but of course there is the small issue of settling the credit card bill.
