Re: Nice Things to Talk About

Well, here we are again!

Hand up, who likes whiskers on kittens? Warm woolen mittens?

Keep everything on a fairly neutral trim here, ok? I'm hacked-off being zapped without explanation, so if you've got an axe to grid, start your own bloody thread about it and stop pumping up the action on my politically correct, innocent, and extremely non-controversial thread which is all about stuff which guys discuss in pubs ( with the exception of sex, drugs, rock and roll and politics ).

Let's start with football. Scotland is at the top of its section in the World Cup. we are above Italy and France, which makes the universe upside-down. We meet Italy on Wednesday night and we should get the crap beaten out of us.

But, anything is possible!

Meanwhile, England are total rubbish. They drew nothing each with Israel at the weekend. They need a new manager and a new regime.

I'm just back from a weekend of gardening and planning. I was planning to build an extension on to the back of our house in Galloway. I was also putting in all the bedding plants and a honeysuckle so that my ol' lady could smell its scent and be reminded of her Grandfather's house and pub in Ireland ( which was blown up because he allowed both sides to drink there ).

My weekend was spoiled by the news of all our lads who were kidnapped by the Iranians. I hope that they are all fine and that wisdom will prevail so that this one doesn't get out of hand. The main thing is to get the boys out and away from the lunacy of Teheran.

Explanations are not required, though it should be obvious. As stated before, I and the moderators are tired of having to babysit problematic threads on this forum. We do have better things to do you know. If it's your thread you manage the conversation and we will not have too. I've stated my opinion on such threads and these comments have gone unnoticed, so I'm just going to start to delete threads. Don't blame us for putting out fires that you and/or others start.

The moment those clown's start to play like a team, I'll eat my underpants

Well you better put aside a nice crusty pair cause you won't have to wait long. Death, taxes and the Cowboys - the inevitable.

No I think this a fairly safe bet, but if that's what it takes to turn the premadonna's into proper Soccer players then it will have been worth it.

Anyone got any good recipes for underpants?

Re: Nice Things to Talk About

Hi guys,
I was telling TopHat that In my rant wich was un warrented to the thread. In making changes in how I interact with group topics I have to leave personal feeling out of it! And leave it to why I actually joined this forum. I'n never tell your that the rivets on your dicast don't match the builders plates from the factory Alph

Re: Nice Things to Talk About

Oh, Alph! Come on! You KNOW that engaging in Skunky and MoMo abuse is too much fun to just quit cold turkey! Gotta ease out of it, slow, like molasses in winter.
