Say, all the other IL-2 variants work on my horribly under-video carded and under-RAMed machine, so it ought to be able to handle IL-2 1946, too, right? Oddly, Ubisoft's "Can You Run It?" system checker says my system can't run IL-2 1946 OR Pacific Fighters, but I've been running Pacific Fighters since it came out. I'm sure the graphics are set to "total crap" mode, but the game looks mighty good when I remember the early flight sims I used to play -- like Falcon 1.0 on the Mac SE. Vectorgraphicspalooza!

Either way, at $20 IL-2 1946 is worth it for the plane guide alone. And one day I'll get a machine that can run that puppy with the graphics options set to kill!
