Obviously DeAgostini's new biplane series has serious quality issues, so I'm not necessarily endorsing it. However a 1:72 scale Stearman was the first one they put out and is probably available via ebay. I've had decent results redoing their Mitsubishi F1M "Pete" and Curtiss Hawk III but these can never match models made by Hobby Master or Corgi. | ||||||||||||||

Oh i would love a 1:48 diecast Stearman in both US Army & US Navy colors then i get a custom on done of this stunt plane... Now this one is is priceless..... JP ![]() | ||||||||||||||

However, I think the priority should go to the followings (20 types) : 1/72 : Me 410 He 115 Ar 234 Ar 196 Ju 188 A 20 Ventura Beaufort Albacore Fulmar Firefly Potez 631/63-11 Nakajima J1N 1/48 : D520 MS 406 Ki 44 Ki 100 H75/P36 P63 Tempest 1/32 : Would take far too much space in my modest flat... ![]() | |||||||||||||
