Re: Flower Arranging for Men

I prefer their friend Jose. Or Crown Royal.
Shawn

Shawn, is " Jose " a brand of Mexican fire-water ? " Crown Royal " --- is that a brand of Scotch Whisky? If it is, it must be one of those special ones which are " Export Only ".

Talking Re: Flower Arranging for Men

Tank Nut......that avatar must go ! It is causing too many members too much grief ! The frenetic nature of the said avatar might cause epileptic fits or scare cats into biting their owners ( not that a cat is " owned " by anyone, but you know what I mean ).

Also, women might get too excited at the sight of that boogie-ing banana and go nuts.

Do us all a favour !

Crown Royal comes from the other side of our northern border, and Jose comes from south of the border. Probably the only good things to come from NAFTA.

Re: Flower Arranging for Men

Thanks Shawn. I'll get to try them sometime, when I'm allowed to drink again.

That Crown Royal bottle looks completely over the top.

Re: Flower Arranging for Men

I got to see " Flyboys " last night. Hmmmmmmm. I think I'll post a review on the Movies and Models and Bouncing Bombs thread later.

I wasn't impressed.

Re: Flower Arranging for Men

Well, now that Mardi Gras is over, and we've all eaten of the pancake, I'm reminded of the time when I disgusted several innocent North Americans in a diner by eating my pancakes and French Toast and weiners with ketchup.

That's the way we eat 'em here, honest !

I'm just having dreams of food because I'm on a strict diet ! It's no fun !

Re: Flower Arranging for Men

Has Gort Returned ?

Pilots report UFO sightings

Three pilots were among more than 100 people who reported sightings of UFOs in the UK last year.
The Ministry of Defence took details of 135 events in which strange, unexplained objects were seen in our skies.
The number of unexpected visitors seems to be rising - just 97 were reported in 2006.
A flying saucer was reported in Stafford, Staffordshire, small stationary aircraft in Wirksworth, Derbyshire and a fast moving triangular shaped object in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
In most of the reports the witness is unidentified but in two cases the file notes that the phenomenon was witnessed by pilots.
Two pilots in the air over Alderney reported two bright orange objects and another pilot in the south west of the country saw a balloon-like object.
Many of the reports refer to bright lights although some callers have insisted they saw "a definite UFO".
In one case a man calling from Cardiff, Wales reports that spaceships appeared and abducted his dog, car and tent.
The Ministry of Defence has released the file as part of its plan to open its archives on UFO research and sightings.
A spokeswoman said that the incidents are recorded but unless some security threat is suspected the Ministry has not investigated the cause of the sightings any further.
