MoMo, I'll let Shawn speak for himself but I believe that what he was saying was that Bill C. would be a de facto VP, leaving the de jure VP feeling a little left out - although I suspect that's how they feel often enough (think Dr. Evil and the role of poor # 2)

(I believe it would also be unconstitutional for Bill to be VP.)
