WWII 1:72 scale warbirds exhibit

I was at my favorite coffee house, Farley's in San Francisco, and saw that someone is exhibiting their WWII war birds in the cafes windows. I counted 32 aircraft. Very cool. Lots of men checking them out but the girls are just passing it by.

Its great to see a collection displayed for the public.. Maybe it'll draw more people into the hobby..

Re: WWII 1:72 scale warbirds exhibit

well there was plenty of men around my age (59) checking it out and talking about how they built the same aircraft when they were kids, same as me. When I saw my first diecast WWII plane 4 years ago, I was hooked to the tune of110 WWII aircraft. LOVE EM'. I chatted with them and mentioned my collection. a few asked where to buy. thanks to the admn. for cleaning up this post.
