I commend the Military Channel for their show "Tributes to the Troops", and recommend that you take the time to watch it. It's simply a series of segments in which a friend or family member tells the story of lost soldier. I'd seen advertisements for it, but didn't know if I'd be able to watch it. I've been watching it this evening and I haven't been able to change it. It's really nice to have a show that allows family & friends to tell the story of the individual without those memories being used to advance a political agenda. My best friend is serving in Iraq for the second time in one of the USN's E.O.D. mobile units so it's something that I think about on a regular basis.
