I remember the "The Beast" was a T-55 hull with a T-62 turret (or maybe it was the other way around). I watched this movie in 2004 at my basic course.

I've heard about this movie, but haven't seen it. Since it was filmed in Israel, I assume that Israeli T-54/55 conversion, i.e. Tiran 4/5 was used in filming instead of genuine T-54/55: Tiran
