Yeah he said that he was offered a new D model at the end of his first tour, but they had the B running so good that he just kept it. My interview is in the works. Ihave begun the writting, but there is more than I knew about him. I did not know a ton that he told me about his action in WWII, I also did not know his FICON and parasite program flying, or some of the others. By the way, those of you that say the love story in Pearl Harbor is crap-WRONG that is pretty much what happened to Bud Anderson and Ellie. True story.

I just meant that the woman that would become his wife, was in fact the girlfriend of his buddy during the war. He had to go and tell her that his friend had been killed, and that is how they met.
