I made sure I am! Courtesy of Santa's helper PappyB, I have a nice CC Lib hiding in my garage for delivery Christmas day! I can only hope the Grinch doesn't find out!

Re: Will you get diecast for X-mas?

This is a lucky man!

My wife gives me diecast presents every year. Each October I give her a list of planes along with the retailers who have them and she gets a few.
I already know she got me a Strawberry Beeatch Lib. It's the only heavy on my list and the box is too big to be anything else. (I also peeked)

I just tried that this morning after reading your post....
She took it to work with her and that was it...about 2 hrs later the company left a message on the machine.
and say's that the Blue Royal Navy Seafury will be shipped along with the others that they had in-stock today.....Because it just came in.
He must of had no idea what he just did...
So i know i'm getting diecast under the tree...

Re: Will you get diecast for X-mas?

Well, seeing as my wife just hijacked my incoming Gaincorp SU-47 Berkut package, wrapped it and put it under the tree I can be pretty definate I am getting diecast this Christmas, just not quite as early as I was expecting it

I do have an Altaya La-7 on the way from Spain, which will hopefully make it direct to my hands this time

Re: Will you get diecast for X-mas?

My last purchase-told my better half that THAT was my Christmas present and she did not need tobuy me anything (she'll probably do so anyway, but probably not diecast).

Re: Will you get diecast for X-mas?

My current live in lady found a little toy Thunderbirds F-16 at the beach and gave it to me shortly after we've gotten together, she is happy when I get packages, and understands the needs for a hobby. That compared to my X fiance who always complained that I didn't spend enough on her...after taking care of her credit card bills, dental bbills...and getting her absolutely everything she asked for, she'd still be upset when my boxes showed up, admittedly there were many boxes, but still. You all know my point.

I say to our Kiwi friend....Make the upgrade.

Piece of mind is worth more than piece of A**, and though my X did look pretty good in a thong...my current lady is way cooler, and she cooks.

As for Christmas presents, I'm in Stangdrivers prediciment, there are so many I don't even know where to begin.

Aloha,
