| Yahoo! Slurp Spider I was just viewing the "currently active users" section and it listed all the members of the forum that were currently on as well as guests, but it also listed several "Yahoo! slurp spiders". What is a Yahoo! slurp spider? | |||||||||||||

| Re: Yahoo! Slurp Spider Should have just done a search on the web first. They are Yahoo bots indexing the site for Yahoo. Weird they show so many at one time though, never remember seeing them here before. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Yahoo! Slurp Spider It's whats called multi-threaded indexing. The more electronic eyes searching the site/web at once the quicker it gets done. I am glad to see that their bots have finally made it to the party. Maybe we will start seeing better search coverage. I saw that 600+ pages of TMH are now showing up in Google's indexes. Progress, slowly but surely. | |||||||||||||
