Re: Relief for UK Flood Victims

The image is too horrific to comment on!

All who mock the floods will burn in hell ! ( when they get The Home Counties dried out! )

Re: Relief for UK Flood Victims

So, what are you guys using for fuel now that all the peat is drenched?

The peat is always drenched ( that's why they dig it out and leave it to dry in the fields )

They only use peat in some of the remote parts of Scotland. It was England which got the floods, not us! In any case we use Hydro-Electric and oil-fired power! ( Oh, and lots of the new Windmills! ).

Soon we'll be using Tidal Power

Yes, but that's the part that is problematic.

I'd a thunk you were now solar powered all the way, MoMo.....
