Re: New History Channel Series!

That is about the stupidest thing I've ever seen, hopefully it was a parody.

Thing that bothered me was dragging out an old WW-2 Vet, who was probably referring to Me 262s 263s and Arado Volksjagers...and having his reputation being dragged through the mud in support of such lame twaddle. The CGI people were okay I suppose, but if this really made the History Channel, then that Network really ought to rethink its editing priorities....fire its Chief Historian, and hire a real aviation expert to vet its offerrings.

Re: New History Channel Series!

Since the fellows who create those hopelessly inaccurate, low budget documentaries for the History Channel will probably believe this little gem when their "researchers" stumble onto it on the web, we may soon see it crop up in their next "Wonder Weapons of the Third Reich" special. I can hardly wait.

It's all in good fun.

The thread title was a joke on my part, though given the current quality of some History Channel productions, it might not have been much of one.

Given the fact that that the vet was talking about tractors or Model Ts flying by, I think he was in on it.
