1/48th scale PZL P. 11c project

I just started work on a Mirage 1/48th scale PZL P. 11c kit. Model is kind of inbetween a limited release kit and that of the more standard type kits available. It has some really nice looking detail and so far construction has been fairly easy. I have completed portion of cowling and cockpit at this point, Cockpit is fairly stock with minor inclusion of a throttle and some stretched sprue wiring. Tomorrow or Tuesday will start preparing the fuselage for the cockpit section.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

You have grabbed my attention again CC. You have the knack of chosing very interesting planes to make.

The Spitfire was a masterpiece so I await progress on this new build with some impatience.

God Bless America.

Thought I would post a picture of the cockpit framework before it gets hidden away in the fuselage. I am pretty much planning on having a busy summer building kits.

Pretty much have given up on seeing this one done in diecast, so decided to make a couple my self. Have kits to do Polish, Rumanian, and a Greek aircraft. Also have couple PZL-37 LOS, both single rudder and twin rudder versions to build.

Re: 1/48th scale PZL P. 11c project

Well getting close to finishing up the PZL P.11c. It is all together and has it clear coat for decal application. Need to hit the hobby shop to get some flat clear coat to finish it up. Decals will go on some time this weekend and will hit with the flat clear to finish it up. Here is what it looks like so far.
