If Pigs could fly....

Hayao Miyazaki thinks this is what they would be flying. This is the Savoia S.21 from the Porco Rosso animated film. This is not a real airplane. The model is a 1/72 scale Fine Molds kit no. PJ-1 that I picked up at the Ghibli Museum in Toyko.

I've got one sitting on my desk! I also have the R3C - very nice.

That is a neat model! Did you assemble it?

Indecision is the key to flexibilty.
Flexibility is the key to airpower.
Indecision is therefore the key to Airpower.

The model comes in 5 finished assembles. Attach the floats to the wings, wings to the fuselage, engine to the wings and then put Porco in to finish it off.
