Bovington Tank Museum in Dorset, UK.

They are shutting the place down at the end of summer and spending about $32 million on rebuilding it. The place is full to bursting and some tanks are stored outdoors so they hope to get everything inside in a new building and have some space between them so us crazy types can get better photos.

They are building a new track next to the museum so they can take the Tanks outside and have fun with them.
A large number of the Tanks at the Museum are in full running order so it will be quite a sight to see them going through their paces.

Glad I dont have to pay for the gas.

I dont know what went amiss with this one, maybe I was too excited and the camera shook a little.
I must say it was a great day out.

Some of these tanks have an awesome presence, makes the hair on the back of the neck stand up.
