Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

I think you dead right there DH. A former GOC of the Air Corps along with other pilots did a lot of the stunt work on the 'Blue Max'

I think you dead right there DH. A former GOC of the Air Corps along with other pilots did a lot of the stunt work on the 'Blue Max'

Not only that but that building is the one at the end of the movie where James Mason stamps the order just as the monoplane crashes.
