I was invited by both Victoria and Chuck Yeager for breakfast Friday morning at the Renaissance Hotel in Dallas, Texas. I spent four hours with the couple at the Dallas Safari Club Convention. The three of us walked around the grounds and I got to hear him talk about some of the planes he flew and hunting. Of course as you can imagine many people stopped him to shake his hand, take a picture, or ask for an autograph. I was treated very well by the two of them.

Below is a picture of us at the hotel. Chuck signed a copy of his autobiography for me and two of my models.

Hey Kirk, I met both of them at Oshkosh last year after I intervieewed him for the NMUSAF magazine. I was treated very nice by both of them, adn still keep in touch. I know many people say other wise, but I can only judge someone by how they treat me. So I have nothing to say but good things about Chuck and Victoria.

Good for you, Capt. Kirk! Yeah, I met Yeager twice myself and had him autograph my autobio book of him just like yours. Thanks for sharing your pictures, bud.

Thanks for sharing the pictures Kirk. Like everyone else said I'm sure that was the opportunity of a lifetime and I hope I get a chance to meet him someday myself
