Best way to handle a crackpot like this, imho, is to ignore him and his book. Don't even dignify him as an author by talking about his trash.

I agree. This guy is stirring up controversy and gunning for attention with all his revisionist thinking/writing. Best way to deal with it is to ignore him. That will deprive him of the attention he craves.

Ah but where is the fun in ignoring him? I prefer exposing this mental midget for what he is in the open. That is far more fun than ignoring him, and hopefully prevents others from skipping down the same lane.

One of the finest works on this issue remains A.J.P.Taylors,"Origins of the Second World War". Without political correctness or demonization,he presents the most cogent thesis of those events. I would advise reading it before starting any commentary on a very emotional topic.Still in print,it can be found in many libraries or in paperback.
