Re: Comic actor Harvey Korman dies at 81

I heard this - sad news. I'll always have embedded in my brain an image of him nearly in tears as he tries not to crack up at Tim Conway's antics. Are the old Carol Burnett shows in syndication anywhere?

Sad news, I remember him best for his part in Blazing Saddles.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Re: Comic actor Harvey Korman dies at 81

He will be missed. I always wondered how he and Tim Conway, on the Carol Burnette show, couldn't stop from laughing at their own skits. Don't believe he did so in "Blazing Saddles", however, so it must have just been part of the show.

Sad to see some of my childhood favourites pass on now but that is life, 81 jeez louise! It doesn't seem that long ago That I watched him in the Gone with the Wind sketch with Carol. So many great sketches he did and Blazing Saddles, I will mis you RIP.
