Turned into pots and pans

I am sorry if a few might shed a tear or two over the pictures on this link but I think they are very interesting as I have never heard of the P40 with rockets but one of the airframes does seem to have had them fitted. Also in the first picture look in the field behind the buildings to see the scale of destruction

Maybe this is what Dragon's "elephant's graveyard" for cancelled diecasts like the P-40E looks like.

Maybe this is what Dragon's "elephant's graveyard" for cancelled diecasts like the P-40E looks like.

It is very sad. There's quite a few military vehicles abandoned in the middle of nowhere on some military bases, too. You'd be surprised what you find in the woods.

Neat looking photos of the old P-40s, shame more were not saved. Is that a Dragon P-40 in the photo?
 

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Yes it is! funny as we were told that it was not going to be made! and the P51B does not look to bad

Both look pretty good to me. Look forward to when the get released.
