| Re: This Day In History: Debuts on BBC I (honestly) thought Jon Pertwee by a 'Long-Chalk'............ Couldn't STAND Tom Baker (when he took over, as Pertwee's successor !) I 'Grew-up' with the 1st, & lost interest, because of the 2nd !!!!!!!! .........BUT , my Vote NOW has to go to Christoper Ecclestone = Top Geezer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A SERIOUSLY 'SUAVE' ******* , he's the ONLY one since Pertwee who DIDN'T come across as a 'Total-Knob' !!!!!!!! lol | |||||||||||||
