Re: 9-11 The Mystery plane

It was an airborne command post in the air that day. It was where it was supposed to be, when it was supposed to be there.
I'd compare this situation to one requiring the use of NEST aircraft. Personally, I don't care where they are flying, as long as they ARE up and doing their job when required, then I'm satisfied.

Yes. And that is what they should be telling the press when they ask, don't deny that it was an Airforce vehicle and make everybody speculate on why it was there. It is like throwing fuel on the fire.[/quote]

I agree with you, Merritec. Unfortunately, due to the current political climate, any answer provided is going to be twisted by the "inside job" knuckleheads for their purposes.
Maybe we'll be blessed and have Rosie O'Donnell and MoveOn.org tell us the "truth" about the plane...

Re: 9-11 The Mystery plane

I'm continuously amazed that this nonsense keeps getting as much traction as it does.

As Skunky eloquently said, despite my loathing for what the current administration has done to the U.S. Constitution and its contempt for the average American, I will not believe they have ANYTHING to do with the 9/11 attacks.

Folks seem almost desperate to point the finger at something they can grasp as opposed to embracing the fact that the U.S was caught off guard by an adversary they cannot understand. Al Queda (SP?) were ready willing and able to bring the fight to our front door. (At least at the time they were. We have clearly taken the fight to them and dealt them several resounding blows thanks to the efforts of out troops.)

Anything for a weird life.

Re: 9-11 The Mystery plane

One thing that kills me with the conspiracy is, how has been kept a secret for so long?? Nothing in government is kept secret. Where are all the dead insiders who perished from mysterious causes? Anyone remember the Clintons?

Re: 9-11 The Mystery plane

When it comes to conspiracy theories I am a firm believer in the Benjamin Fraklin quote, "Three can keep a secret... if two are dead."

People have always talked and always will. Regardless of what I, or anyone else, thinks about the policies of the current administration to think they orchestrated 9/11 is ludicrous but I guess everyone needs a hobby.

Re: 9-11 The Mystery plane

The world is too complex and muddled (#@&%!*#*@) up for any credence to be given to all but the smallest of conspiracies - as someone once stated "never attribute to conspiracy what can be attributed to incompetence".

"never attribute to conspiracy what can be attributed to incompetence".

Which I can definitely give the current administration credit for....
