What's the difference between flying over the base and having that base in the first place!?

Guam is a US territory,,,so we can put a base any where we want to on our own territory cant we?
And didn’t we hold back the communist threat with those basses that we maintained at a huge cost,,,lets not get started with all OUR NATO base’s that he had all over Europe too, because while is a small country Norway The US spent a great deal of out GDP to prevent another country with warped ideology from invading you after WWII.

Hey skunky that does look a lot like him, in fact he has a twin brother who acts but says that he is not related to our family.
