Re: Halifax photos

Jim,Just looked through your photos, quite a few taken in my old stamping grounds. I recognized Clifford's Tower in York, Skidy Mill and North Landing at Flamborough Head. I guess I was misled, I always thought that you were the owner of Harewood House.

Re: Halifax photos

Neat pictures Jim, really like the shots of the P-39 with panel off.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Thanks for all the nice comments every one.

Jetfan, I wish I was the owner of Harewood House, then again the price of heating has just risen by 35% so perhaps not.
They say water finds its own level , well I now live in what was the servants quarters of a large Victorian house out in the country.
You named all the places spot on Jetfan, all nice places to visit.
The East Yorks coast is a wonderful area and a great bird sanctuary in its own right.

On Thursday I plan a visit to Cosford museum so I hope to have plenty of photos to put on the hanger.
Cosford has some rare planes on show including a Japanese Dinah and Me410 so lots to look forward too.
Cosford is a place I have wanted to visit for a long time so the long suffering Lorraine has said "we" can go but it will cost me dinner at a good restaurant!!!

God Bless America.
