This is how Model Power's website shows it. Looks rather toy-like.

It's awfully blue, like cotton candy.

Here are the details I've found:

Unit: VS-37, Atlantic Fleet, US Navy
Serial: S-5
February 1944. Carried out anti-submarine warfare (ASW) duties. The Atlantic ASW scheme was Dark Gull Gray over Insignia White. It should look like this:
