I am thinking of getting my first Marushin and am considering purchasing the K5Y2 Willow Float Plane. Any one have one? any known issues, seems Hobby Japan is the cheapest. | ||||||||||||||

| Re: Looking at the Willow I keep thinking about getting one of these also, but I seem to have so much trouble putting Marushins together that I'm scared this will be too hard and I'll screw it up, get frustrated, and toss it in the back of the closet, like I did with the Kate. | Re: Looking at the Willow OK, nice. Yes Harry you could make the Marushin look a lot better, less monochromatic. It's interesting they picked a Willow as opposed to a Pete. Pete was a recon but could double as a fighter / light bomber in a pinch. | ||||||||||||||

I do too... I love the Japanes floatplanes and there are far too few of them being made.. I have a Pete in 1/72, but I haven't built it yet.. | |||||||||||||||
