Probably.. I would like to see pics of the green one also...
I may save my money and build the Hasegawa kit I have, but it wouldn't be diecast..

That is VERY true!!! Diecast is why we are here after all!

I think this is one thing that appeals to me about Marushin.. It isn't necessarily the details, but the feel of heavy metal which makes a huge difference when comparing to a built model..
The kate kit I have has the "folded wing" option and I will probably build it that way, with the Marushin in the other configuration.. I would also like to find some decent pics of a Kate with the "mottled" pattern on its upper surfaces as shown on the decal set I have..

I would also like to find some decent pics of a Kate with the "mottled" pattern on its upper surfaces as shown on the decal set I have..

I have some good Japanese sources published in the 70s and 80s on this. Let me take a look and see what I can dig up.

Here is a "screenshot" example of what I am talking about.. I have looked thru my resources and can't find any pics of Kates painted in this fashion, and the decal set I have has a similar scheme..
