Marushin 1/48 Hayabusa Type 3

Anybody heard of this one yet?

Marushin 1/48 Hayabusa Type 3:

"A prepainted 1/48-scale die-cast model of the Hayabusa. Some assembly is required; most parts snap into place but a screwdriver will be needed to attach the wings. Marushin's die-cast models are noted for their ease of assembly and fidelity to scale. This model is no exception, and even features retractable landing gear. Markings are for a Kamikaze aircraft from the morbidly-titled new movie "For you, I will go to my death," the latest in a long string of sappy, tear-jerking Japanese war movies."
(taken from www.hlj.com)

Release date: May 2007 (supposedly)
Part-number: MRS73632
Size/Weight: 28.2 x 15.0 x 5.3 cm/730g

Cool Re: Marushin 1/48 Hayabusa Type 3

Yes absolutely ! But I haven't ordered it, as I already have the silver KI 43-I of Akeno.

I am waiting for a KI 44 Shoki (or Kawasaki KI 100)...

Ah, okay!

I am not that much into Marushin yet. But I want to broaden my horizon so to say.

What I would really like is the Betty bomber...

Anyways, do you have the S-100 display stand from Marushin?

I saw those and I need some input about the quality etc.

Re: Marushin 1/48 Hayabusa Type 3

Where can you order these, and how much are they?

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

I would love to get that Hayabusa Type 3 and the KI 44 "Shoki" fighters for sure. Hopefully the guy I got my Shiden Kai "George" from will have these in stock in the future.

Re: Marushin 1/48 Hayabusa Type 3

I own 6 Marushin's Fighters, wich I had bought at Aikensairplanes :

KI 43-I
KI 61-I
KI 84
J2M3
N1K2-J
A6M5

But no stand. I am afraid I have no feed back about this Armour Addict...

Re: Marushin 1/48 Hayabusa Type 3

I'm bored with that plain old solid green paintjob. If it had a second very 'catchy' scheme or livery, I'd probably get it right away.
