Re: My first Marushin..

I have 4 Marushins .... I am waiting for the Betty to make the rounds again so I could get one ...Marushin must have the molds still , so what is the chance that they release another scheme ? I only think there were 2 different marking packages produced ... How about a Ohka (Baka) dropping variant ? ... Or for that matter , why doesn't FM do this with the Mistel (FW 190 or ME109 on top of their HE111 ) ?

Re: My first Marushin..

I need to update about the Frank that I purchased from Hobby Japan, the one that got lost. They did ship me another one. Wow!!! What a seller. He could of told me to take a hike since there was no Insurance involved. I'm pretty sure that no other eBay seller would of done the same. And their shipping like Harry said is Super Fast!!
Feel safe when ordering from Hobby Japan.

Mistels were made with Fw-190As or Bf-109s on top of a modified Ju-88.. FM couldn't make one, but Corgi could..

Yeah, got it a couple days ago... sorry "just" wasn't that accurate :-)

But I don't feel so bad, I would have preferred the Frank I think but you nabbed the last one of those!

That torpedo-toting Kate with the red tail is tempting too....

I want a George and probably a green Val.. That may be it unless they start carrying Heins (Tonys)..

Re: My first Marushin..

Got this reply to my email:

Since the distribution of Marushin planes are few in Japan, we
occasionally get Marushin planes and all item we have at the moment are
the ones listed at ebay. However, we will be listing new items on ebay
whenever we get new items.

Best regards,

Hobby_Japan

Guess I'll be waiting for that George just a little longer.. Oh well, lets my wallet take a breather too..

Well, I couldn't wait.. Had to pick up the Kamikaze Zero and Green Val divebomber.. I guess I'll get to help Pappy figure out how to mount that bomb..
