Frank's here!

Just got my my Ki-84 Frank today. The markings aren't my first choice if I was building this as a kit, but it's pretty cool. At first glance it seems to be as good as the other IXO Japanese planes if not a little better. It looks like a Frank. I'm pleased with it.

The Ki-84 was one of, if not the best, Japanese fighter of the war. Unless someone has some advance information I doubt we'll see a Ki-84 for some time to come, so......I'd recommend going ahead and getting one.

My Japanese Army Air Force is growing in size

Re: Frank's here!

Thanks for the update guys. I've got one pre-ordered too and I can't wait to get it. I agree with you p-nuts, not my favorite choice of markings. But considering we've got no other options, I'll take whatever I can get.

Hi, Planenuts,

I assume it DID come with a propeller? Or is this the "never seen nor heard of before" jet propelled one?

He did say it was "straight from the box"......

This will definitely be one I'll add to my collection as per the pics I have seen.. This is one of the best IJN/IJA planes put out so far, probably only matched by the Tony..

Re: Frank's here!

Its so weird that IXO can do such a decent job on the Japanese aircraft yet botch others up(P-38) so bad.
