Hmmm...
I'm not sure what to make of that post. Get real?
That information is at least eighteen months late.

If you're referring to my last post mate, the Salamander, Defiant, Tony, Buffalo & P47 were due in South Africa in November 2006. The supplier is hoping they will be part of their next consignment. I hope they do turn up. I'm looking for the first three.

Don't think Admin was referring to you ZS.
Think it was directed at the initial post.

Re: listing all Ixo releases...here with photos

I hope they keep going, I have been trying to get the Salamander but it seems everyone is sold out. I shall have to try the guy in Spain. Shipping is a pain . The pain in Spain is mainly shipping costs of plane. Oh dear!
Who would have thought it, Jim saying good words about IXO!! It just goes to show that if you live long enough you get to see everything.

Jim,

Try badcataviation.com, they have the salamander in stock!

Re: listing all Ixo releases...here with photos

Jim, the Salamander should be part of the consignment overdue in SA. It would cost about $30 delivered locally. I could let you know when it arrives or get one for you if you strike out in Spain. Postage would be a pain though. I guess it just depends how much you want it.

Many thanks ZS that is very kind of you I will let you know how I get on with the Spanish connection, $30 for the smallest piece of diecast aeroplane ever in 1/72, but I could be wrong. (its always best to say that on the hanger just in case)!
However this is a must must must have model for me.
Its rumoured we may see one fly again, Oh I think I already posted that before, sorry.

God Bless America.

Hey thanks , It can go in the same package as the super duper clock Lorraine has bought. She will never know she paid postage on it for me. Now how do I get to the postbox first???
