Exclamation New for 2007 ?

Meanwhile, reports are surfacing that IXO Models will be bolstering its fleet of aircraft by adding several overlooked bombers to its high-flying collection. While information is still sketchy, we hear the candidate list includes a french MB.162 heavy bomber, German Me 264 and Ju 390 "Amerika" bombers, and Ju 488 heavy bomber. Other WWII birds could also be produced, including some from Italy, Russia, and Japan. Our sources claim that the first squadron of heavies arent expected until the end of the year, at the earliest, meaning collectors will be hard-pressed to sit on their hands waiting for their arrival. Could the secret weapons projects be not too far behind?....[posted 1/5/2007]

Re: New for 2007 ?

Wow, that's awesome, thanks! A French bomber, cool... too bad it's not the Amiot 143 though. It will be well worth the wait to see some lesser known multi-engine aircraft on the diecast market.

From what I understand, The MB.162 information was a typo. It's supposed to be the MB.152 which is a fighter.

I think this was just speculation based on the idea that IXO was producing the MB 162 which, turned out to be a "typo"..
Now, I am not saying that IXO may eventually produce a big bomber, but I sure don't see it anytime in the near future... I would personally like to see the Fw-200 Condor if anyone produces anything..

Re: New for 2007 ?

Why does everyone do the exact same pre-war Wildcat?

And here's hoping they do a US version of their Buffalo.
