Trailing edge of the rudder should pretty much terminate closer to the end of the fuselage and the shape of the horizontal stabilizer also looks to be off. Wing armament also looks more like the configuration that was found on the Czech built Avia B-33 (Twin 23mm armament) than that of the Soviet IL-2.

Yeah, I though so. but still, its a cool diecast model to have since it is the only Il-2 out in a 1/72 scale.
