If they include a load with it like that Hobby Master is going to get more than a few new fans! That thing can make a real bad day for someone

Re: A-10

We know of the first couple releases, but I would love to see one done up in our Willow Grove 111th FW PA ANG schemes. I know I know...Franklin Mint has one....but it's 1/48th! Hawkone, think there is any chance? It would also be a nice tribute to them since they will be losing them due to BRAC in 2010.
At any rate, this will be one kick @$$ diecast plane that I will be definitley be pre-ordering, I want this bird the day it comes out!!!

I think we should be on a first name basis if you're going to get me all tingly and funny feeling like that!

Re: A-10

I think HM is just trying to show an example of what all the Hawg CAN carry. Such a load-out isn't practical for any mission. If the weapons are customer added, then you could make a more believable set up. That said, I built a 1/48 model back in '91 that looks suspiciously like HM's, for that very reason...I just couldn't leave all that ordnance in the box! Regardless, that's going to be a sweet model. I have my virtual lawnchair and sleeping bag ready to get into line early. Hopefully hawkonevoodoo will be able to give us a heads-up.
