Fantastic. I really like the earlier version of the Sidewinders (B models I think) I dont know if anyone has done them that good before. The silver looks great.
I am just gonna hang out for the latest 1:48 releases from HM and FM. No F100's and then I am on to it.

Hate to sound like a nitwit, but is there some trick to getting the canopy open? I keep trying and I'm afraid it's going to break.

Yes, the canopy requires some gentle wiggling to get it open.

Be careful but pull gently back on it towards the tail while pulling up there is a tiny tab that holds the main canopy to the front canopy frame where they meet you dont want to snap it off. this clever feature is the one thing CW did not think of that i found quite innovative .

Hi Louie. I think that CW has an itsy bitsy tab on the front of the main canopy to hold it against the front canopy frame. That's the reason why you need to pull back on the main canopy of the F-14, F-8 and A-7 before pulling it up.
