What is the possibility for diecast propellers in 1/72?

What is the possibility that diecast propellers can be made instead of plastic? If so, would they be more susceptible to damage than plastic propellers?

I think it would be nice to see die cast metal propellers on the 1/72 aircraft.

Shouldn't be a problem. Corgi were making them in metal back in the 1930s on their very small scale airliners, my guess is smaller than 1/400th.

Gemini Aces have die cast props. They don't spin as well as plastic. They would probably be more difficult to repair as well.

GeminiJets has small metal props on 1/400 scale planes such as the Hercules. They even spin, though they sometime don't fit properly.

The GeminiAces props are heavy, and don't spin under a hairdryer (I'd explain that, but the moderators might delete me). Given the number of times I've given plastic props hard-bending thumps, it is surprising the GeminiAces have held up, but I've had no problems.

The same can be said with FMs metal props - only amplified by size and definitely sucks!
