Midway Buffalo arrived today

The Midway Buffalo finally made it to the front door today. Have to say the folks at HM did a nice job on this one and finally the Buffalo has a pilot to go in the cockpit. I would have liked a bit of a light wash on this one, but overall have no complaints (Might have to dirty this one up a bit later). Neat having seven Brewster Buffalos sitting on the shelf, and looking forward to number eight.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Congrats CC. Looking good. You are a true enthusiast. Tell us how this one's different from your others.

The F2A-3 fuselage was a bit longer than the F2A-2 by a whopping 10 inches (Plus some mods to the canopy, armor, amunition capacity, increased fuel load ,,,, basically added a whole bunch of weight.).

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Just three, was tempted to go for the P-39 racer but showed some restraint,,,, not much though.

Re: Midway Buffalo arrived today

Looks very nice, CC. Of course I'll have to do some weathering, including the pilot from the looks of him. Maybe he'll need a touch of five o'clock shadow. What do you think?
