I just received the Block Island TBF. I don’t know the percentage of metal in this model, but it’s a nice handful. The marking are nicely done. I like the fine small markings. The added details are nicely done. The fit of the fuselage diecast parts is pretty good and doesn’t detract from the appearance, even in the areas with the white finish. My only complaint is the canopy lines are a little heavy on the overspray. This model in Atlantic Grey color scheme makes a nice change form all my other USN aircraft in averall navy blue.
